Submitted Arena Deck Message

When submitting a deck to the arena, allow the submitter to include a short message with the deck (approximately the length of a single in-game chat message bubble). This message would be shown to anyone who plays against the deck at the start of the match (or during the this-is-your-opponent screen).

Additional related idea: As well as the greeting message, add a submitted-deck-won message and a submitted-deck-lost message.
