I don't know why skipping your spin is even possible. Just like there's a safety when you sell an upgraded card, or hit the reset account button, there should be a "Are you sure you want to continue without spinning?" message.

Or have spinning be automatic, or at least have the option of automatic spins. The best system would have automatic spins simultaneous, stacked on the screen.

If nothing else, at least some kind of warning when if it's a FG spin. (I just beat Chaos Lord and skipped the spin. ARGH!!.)

some people don't spin, they aim for score, not electrum.

no spin = faster

Aye, there are decks designed for EMing the AI3s which are actually more efficient at gaining electrum when you skip the spins

Well, there could be a spin setting:
  • Automatically skip spin
  • Automatically spin
  • Automatically spin all spins simultaneous
  • Automatically spin FG only
  • Warn skipping spin
  • Warn skipping FG spin only
Any setting option that included almost any of the above examples (if not all of them) would be an improvement.

[Side derail: Is there any other reason to fight a FG than the spin? In my admittedly short time playing, I've won 9 upgrades spinning after FGs, while only purchasing 4. And I could afford two of those only from selling 2 of the upgrades I won from FGs. Heck, after skipping the spin from Chaos Lord (mentioned above, my initial motivation), I ended up winning 2 upgrades from Fire Queen (Fire Lance and Fire Queen). So it turned out well, but still, there should be an option.]

Well you could drop the spins if you were just really really hardcore. But no, I don't think anyone would purposefully skip the FG spins, nor the AI5 I imagine. The settings idea is interesting but I don't know whether it's easily implicated. It seems like another complication that could be dodged by just saying 'Be more careful'

There is no normal way to skip a spin. It seems some people are so accustomed to skipping some spins, it becomes a habit and they press the wrong button.

Just don't skip spins, or read what the screen says. If you are rushing you might mis click some time, but then look at the other times when you saved time.

I may be wrong on this, but I fairly certain the general consensus is that its better to take spins when going for electrum. People used to skip them, but since the 5 electrum for each double was added, the mindset changed since you have the possibility of getting 15 electrum from the spins, not counting any card you may have earned.

Yeah,I use to just FG grind, but now I occasionally grind AI3, and when I still have my AI3 deck I occasionally click on FGs forgetting what Im doing lol. Its a pain.

The real thing I think is needed is the skip spins button to do the spins automagically that way you still get any cards/coins you would have earned, that way you have he option of spinning and seeing what you got, or spinning and just noticing a difference in your electrum/cards when you go to the deck screen.

I think spins should be automatic, and you can go on Settings, and select if you want to skip the spin. It´s simple

I think to be realistic, if the option to skip the spins, but still get cards, was availible, no one would actually do the spins. They'd just get their free cards (if any) and move on thereby making the spins totally obsolete. Personally, I find the spins entertaining. I like getting the first two quick spins then hanging on the edge just a little for the third to see if I won. I also guess it was designed that way as well.

I look at it like this. You have the power to click spin or not. If you don't want to spin, move on and click done. If you want to see if you can increase your electrum amount a little or get a free card, spin away. If you accidently misclick out of the screen, it's only you that is at fault. The only option I find viable is the "set settings to no spin" which would mean you go right to the main interface (or something to that end) after each game and therefore forfeit your spins and potential extra earnings.

Spins are a nice, little added bit of flavor and I would like to see them stick around.

what I think would be really cool would be if you could save your spins and do them at a later time.

for example: you win one game and get 3 spins, you dont spin.
next game you also win and get three more spins. you now have 6 spins and can either spin them now, or later. keeps adding.

Main problem with this is that the game would then have to store a lot of data, and there actually isnt actually anything wrong with the current system. (If its not broke, dont fix it)

i think that would require alot of re-coding no? it would have too be where the game remembers which decks you fought for which spins
