Speed PvP

Sometimes I want to play a few rounds but don`t have much time.
I find it very annoying if the opponent need the full time (60s).

Is it posible to add a PvP3 with less time to think like 5s or max 10s ?
Additionaly it could be a new challenge.


Something like in speedchess or other cardgames,
where you start with a basetime and loose if it reaches zero may be enjoying too.
The basetime must depend on the number of cards.

The reason everyone seems to take so long is lag. Most people finish their moves in under 10 seconds usually. If the timer started at 10 seconds, everyone would just desync. If you really want PvP to go faster, wait until the last few seconds to end your turn. I think that causes a desync and you can play against the computer.
