An AI problem, but I think it's relatively specific to SoW. I made an arena deck with deathstalkers, and SoW so they would be buffed. I used precog to check its hand and it had 2 SoWs, (one being held from the beginning of the game), more than 15 :aether, and 3 0atk scorpions on the board. It just refused to buff them with SoW. I thought this was just a case of AI not wanting to buff a 0atk creature, but it would not even cast it on a flesh recluse. This makes me think that perhaps the AI still hasn't been updated and will only target immortals with SoW.

Experienced this again when I had SoW in my deck to buff up Wyrms but the AI just wouldn't do it. True, this isn't a bug, but this oversight should be corrected because the AI still treats SoW the same way it was before and ignores the uses it has a buffing tool.
