okay, suggest what you want nerfed, for example, i want steal raised to 4 quantums because of its overuse for people. so...yeah....post away

I agree with your opinion of steal, the ability to get rid of any permanent that's causing you problems while also having the opportunity to use that permanent yourself for the cost of 3 black quantum is a little too good.  People may have the option of enchant artifact, but it means having to splash earth if they aren't intending to play it simply to be able to protect their permanents from being stolen or destroyed.
