First of all, this is my first message so i do compliments for this game, it's amazing!!!
(I'm italian, excuse my bad english...)
I play Magic in the past, so i have some ideas for this game.
-discarding card effect, from hands and decks
-a creature with an effect like this "you decide to do damage to player or creature/s"
-a card that permit you to have in your hand 8 or more cards
-a creature with an effect like this example "you decide to attack the opponents or give you two quanta"
-cards with devasting effects for all players, like "any player kill 2 monsters, discard 1 card and loses 5 hp"  ;D i like this!!!!!
-a card like a wall, that no attack and permit to block 1 enemy creature
-multicolor card, example "3/2 creature that cost one eather quanta and one air quanta "
-permanent with "with this in game, you can't lose the game, but every turn you must pay X quanta. if you don't, destroy the permanent"
I hope you like at least one of my ideas.

Instant kill cards are not appreciated in this game, and some of your suggestions could throw off the balance of the game.

And there's already shields with the block damage effect and I like the idea of multicolour cards, I think it has been suggested before but I'm not sure how it would affect the coding...

A vocal minority/majority didn't like discard effects due to the lack of a grave by Zanz word.

The decision would have to take place before the battle sequence. Have it as an activated ability that delays the creature after it deals its damage to target creature until next turn. Recommend it in Card Ideas.
-a card that permit you to have in your hand 8 or more cards
Difficult. Probably not worth it.

Neat idea. This would work like the one above. This would be a good series of cards.

Pandemonium? Oh you mean more of those? Why not? Design and suggest them in Card ideas.

Would require the hand area to be recoded. This has been asked before and the consensus was no. However cards that use two kinds of quanta (1 to cast and 1 for the skill) are common and fit the multicolor (but not hybrid) feel.

Maybe. Again it would require a change in the game that would not be used in most games but would slow all games down (i think)

We do have Virus|Retrovirus, but I'd also like to see more creatures or permanents like that. That Sacrifice cost for ability fits to :death, but for example :time could have Delay typed costs.

Will not work. This + Enchant Artifact + Enough quanta source = you win the game (you can´t lose= who will lose ?). Devourer decks excluded (e.g. like Decay)
Infinite game possible, if both players have this. Infinite games are bad.
I never had an infinite game with Eternity.

P.S. I think, you thought about Platinum Angel (MtG).

I don't have time to go through all of these properly, but this one really jumped out at me

This could become incredibly dangerous with Fractal, which many people already think is too powerful.

Sounds like dissipation field to me...
Dissipation Field only stops creature attacks; the user can still lose from spell damage, poison, or failure to draw a card. I think crystalmakwer's idea sounds more like a potential time card, which could be fixed by requiring the entire cost to be paid upfront -- something like "All remaining time quanta is consumed when this comes into play. You can't lose the game for 1 turn per X consumed quanta."

As for "a card like a wall, that no attack and permit to block 1 enemy creature," it doesn't sound like Bone Wall to me (a played Bone Wall blocks the next 7+2x attacks, where x is the number of creatures that die). If I were trying to approximate a Wall (from MtG) in Elements, I'd make it a creature with the passive ability "inert" that kept it from attacking (as if it were always affected by a Sundial), and the skill "Defend: The target creature is inert for 1 turn" (which would cost nothing, like the White Nymph's skill). In other words, it could stop one enemy creature from attacking, permanently -- or at least until an enemy with more attack power or venom showed up, and then it could stop that creature instead.
