This is not consistent with other draw effects. At 3 (or two/one with the all but full hand) it should give the you have one turn to win message.

When your opponent has 7 cards on his hand, you have 6 and 1 in your deck, when you play SoB you also get an instant loss.

I wouldn't call this a bug per se, as I believe that the same will happen if you use an hourglass with an empty stack also.
Although it might be nice to have some kind of warning...

No, theoretically it's not the deckout situation. It should leave exactly zero cards on the deck pile.

Ah! I see what you are saying. If your SoB is only eligible to draw the number of cards remaining in your stack (but not more) you get the loss. If that's the case, then yes, I would say this needs to be addressed as it is not consistent with game mechanics. And to, in this case a warning would be nice. ;)

KNown bug: when using SoBr you should end with 0 cards, you lose.
