They'd be based on the Greek Gods (only thing that I could think of :/).
After you have beaten FGs X amount of times, you may choose which True God to battle.
They'd have unlimited quanta of their mark.
They'd always be wielding their weapon.
Artemis, Goddess of the hunt, dark, the moon and archery. Mark -
Weapon - Eagle's Eye
Hades, God of the Underworld, death and riches. Mark -
Weapon - Arsenic
Poseidon, Lord of the Sea; gods of the sea, earthquakes and horses. Mark -
Weapon - Trident/Poseidon
Athena, Goddess of wisdom, crafts, and battle strategy. Mark -
Weapon - Owl's Eye (not eagle's!)
Zeus, King of the Gods and ruler of Mount Olympus; god of the sky, and thunder. Mark -
Weapon - Electrocutor
Demeter, Goddess of fertility, agriculture, nature, and the seasons. Mark -
Weapon - Jade Staff
Hera, Queen of the Gods, and the goddess of marriage and motherhood. Mark -
Weapon - Eternity
Hermes, Messenger of the Gods; god of commerce and thieves. Mark -

Ares, God of war and bloodshed. Mark -

Hephaestus, Blacksmith to the Gods; god of fire and the forge. Mark -

Extra Ideas for this:
Artemis: Always has Dusk and Nightfall in effect. Weapon called Khryselakatos(golden bow) and has the abillity Lokheira (Showered by Arrows) 5 turn recharge
Hades: Has a shield, Helm of Darkness, similar to Dusk mantle. Has a two-pronged trident.
Poseidon: Flood is always in effect.
Athena: Has a shield called Aegis, that has the head of Medusa on the front that. Similar to Dusk Mantle. Has a generic sword with an owl hilt.
Zeus: His weapon is a Thunderbolt tha can use Lightning and Thunder Storm. 5 turn recharge
Demeter: A 'weapon' that is a long strand of wheat. Similar to Jade staff.
Hera: Has a spell in her weapon slot called Hera's Love. The target creature now has 0/10. 5 turn recharge
Hermes: Weapon is the same as Jade Staff, but instaed is a Caduceus. It can heal any target creature. 5 turn recharge
Ares: Has a spear called the Pelian Spear. Very powerful.
Hephaestus: Has a Forging Hammer that does 8 damage. Cane be used with to make any other weapon. (corresponding quanta is needed to wield the weapons though.) 5 turn recharge. Has low health.
Dionysus: Has a a grapevine 'weapon' that does no damage, but can use Pandemonium (unreleased) and chaos seed. 5 turn recharge
Apollo: Very strong bow.
