Scrolling bar for the "all cards" part in the deck section

Self Explaining.
I have too many different cards for this list , and the "all cards" part should show all cards.
I ´d like to see all of my wonderful cards together in one list.
As a side effect, it´s easier to count all upgraded cards.
I think, it´s only a small change.

I'd prefer separate sections for upgraded and unupgraded cards. I could care how many unupgraded cards I have. I'd like to see all the upgraded ones together on one page instead of scrolling through 13 screens to see them all >.<

Same gripe of not being able to see my cards, but more about upgraded ones.
