I would love to see a card and/or creature that can remove negative effects from a creature (poison, frozen etc.) that are placed by an opponent. Maybe something in the life set or even make it specific (life one can remove poison, fire can remove frozen, etc.).

I second this. Probably this idea has already been suggested, but never been really taken in consideration. And if there are cards like plague that can apply effects to all creatures for 2 quanta, this card should cost 3 or even less quanta to be played.

Ya, this would be an awesome idea, i hate it when my creatures get frozen, the only thing keeping me alive at those times are my Ferral Bonds, which in most of my decks i have six of and a bunch of creatures. So there has to be something against negative effects, but only ones that lst more then one turn so it won't be over powering

I fifth this. Yep, some of these negative removals have been suggested before. Fire melts Ice, Life heals Poison. What other negative status afflictions are there? Being stuck in a time bubble? :P

Quintessence/Immortality removes freeze/congeal but not poison.

I don't really like it. If I can remove these effects on my creatures, then my opponent can also do so. This can really screw up my plans badly

This would probably be a light card. Maybe a medic type creature?

Maybe it removes all buffs from the creature, negative and positive and that way you can use it attack and defense.
ie: they have an Otyugh with PLate armour+blessing on it, well when you play this card it removes the bonus gained from Plate Armour and Blessing
ie: you have a frozen creature, play this card creature is unfrozen.
Remember you will lose any buffs on your creature so could be a bit more balanced

I seventh this and add that there should be a way to remove quint from your opponents creatures. when you are playing gemini and he has his whole board full of colossal drags that have momentum then quint... its frustrating.

I think that there are many discussions on immortal so far and potentially things may change in that area.
I still think just negative buffs is too strong and t should remove all of them.

Reset, Time element card, text reads "Target creature becomes identical to a newly summoned creature of its type." (Or something along those lines.)
No reason there can't be multiple cards that remove statuses.
Cure Disease, Life element card, text reads "Removes all infection from target creature."
(I'm not going to comment concerning what the cost of such cards should be, at least not yet.)

I think purify should be changed a bit... right now it is useless against most decks, while aimed only at countering player-poison. In my opinion it should be "Remove poison from yourself or target creature" (it would at least be useful against creature-poison decks), or "Remove all effects from target creature or player" (but increased price) or something like this.
As for the idea of a creature (or weapon) with such an ability - I think it would be overpowered to be able to do it too often. And Eternity already does something similar on creatures and the price is already high (pretty balanced I must say).
