I'm not sure if anyone else suffered this, and I really can't be bothered to scan the forums for this topic (the search fetaure sucks guys, fyi).
After you reach the necessary number of wins in the arena for a special spin, you need to wait for the normal spin to finish first. I got into the habit, for speed, of clicking OK to these spins since they're just unupgraded cards (unless I see the opp has shards). However, say I reach 2 wins in Platinum and click OK. It completely forfeits my bonus spin. And I get pissed. I do it because, let's face it, you only ever face the arena to grind rare cards. Grinding is about speed. If you wait for each spin, you're not as fast as you could be. So Elements is directly damaging those who use the Arena for what it's designed for.
Long story short: I think you should make it so if you click OK to skip your normal spin, that you then go to your special spin and don't forfeit it. On the topic of special spins, I think you should selected the 3-4 items that get spun, and then try to get them.
