Emerald Shield says that "spells are reflected against your opponent", not mentioning any exceptions, while Reflective Shield says "any damage from spells is reflected against your opponent".

Both shields act the same however, where the latter is the true statement for both shields.  So, it appears that Emerald Shield's text is incorrectly worded.

Well, since other spells like Purify also are reflected, the Emerald Shield's text seems to make more accurate description of 'reflect' effect.
