the spinner should be faster so that:
-those people who want to grind rapidly doesnt need to skip the spinners
-they can still get cards while grinding rapidly
-players can get $$electrum$$ a bit more faster

I agree.  Speed it up, and if the first two don't match just stop it right there.  No need to see the third one.

I think its already been sped up recently. Besides, if you take away the third spin you lose the "aww.. so close/crap" factor. Emotional manipulation is the basis of slots! If the decision is made to speed up the slots again, could you leave a longer time for FG, HB and high tier PvP games? These games take time, and it'd sort of irritate me if my victory was belittled by a super speedy spin.

hes refering to if the first 2 dont match the third spin is meaningless.

The third spin is only meaningless from a purely card-getting perspective. For me a spin where the last two slots match would create a bigger response than one where none of the slots matched. Again, its a kind of emotional manipulation - bigger response = better
