As long as you haven´t found an opponent in PvP, you can click "back to menu" without risk. When you find one, and click "back to menu", you lose a game.
One thing I really like in Elements PvP is, that we DON´T have a PvP score system, you can play against new players as well as a pros. You find all kind of players, that play PVP. That´s nice.
When you find a beginner:
- the chance that he´ll lose is higher, because of game decisions and deck building skills. The beginner, however can also read forums and build most decks.
- you can try new strategies against them, maybe you still win
- you can give tips...
When you find a high-score gamer
- He could have a good/nice/strong deck or a fun deck you don´t know and you could copy or modify it
- You get more money, when you win (partially based on score)
- Higher chance to find a rare in his deck. Also shards.
- some may let a beginner win, if you ask kindly...
- it could be a well-known forum member
When I was a new member, I also liked to win with unupped decks against upped PvP opponents...
