Preset deck slots for saving and quickly accessing your favorite decks https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=41529.msg514591#msg514591

I mentioned this in chat a couple times. What if we had a couple slots that we can "save deck" and "load deck" from? Maybe somewhere in the "your deck" menu?

These slots could even be a purchasable perk, maybe 1 slot per donation up to 3 slots? Not sure how much programming and server space or load would be required but possibly something to think about?

Ah, on a similar note. Maybe donators should get a nice little star or badge next to their name in the arena and pvp?

Cheers!

I'll second this suggestion.  In fact, it would be fantastic if those slots were in the main menu or somewhere else, NOT in "your deck".  This is because "your deck" always takes a huge amount of time to load, and being able to quickly change deck without going through that horrible load time would make the game so much smoother.

Let's not make it a purchasable perk though.  That's lame.

That's what the deck import code is for.
Though, i like this suggestion. Maybe 3 decks at most. Put 3 buttons at the main menu which says "Deck 1" to 3. Click a deck to choose as main deck. Switch by clicking different deck button.
Then, in deck edit screen, you can also switch which deck to edit easily.

It is still necessary to go into "your deck" and import the code.  On my machine, "your deck" takes a ludicrously long time to load.

then it could be something from your pc. the last update changed the layout of the cards in "my deck" so it would be less resource-heavy on computers, improving that loading time

Just a little coding note for zanz: this could easily be stored in cookies if you worry about server load. I doubt too many players would be inconvenienced by this, as if you are switching computers you are no worse off than before.

That's a good idea, actually. If I recall correctly, the only reason Zanz didn't want to implement this idea was due to lack of server space.
