I actually don't see it as depriving of any level of skill to not have to know what the cards are, because thats not the main difficulty of taking advantage of precognition. A newbie who sees an OTK combo or a explosion, or some other card probably won't adjust their playstyle very well to it, while people who are experts in the game can use the knowledge to make sound decisions.

Sure it takes away some 'difficulty', but it doesn't take away the difficulty of having to know card interactions and the mind games. This just takes away the "fighting the interface" aspect.

Thus, I support this as well. I'm not seeing where being able to mouse over the cards make it "skill-less", although I can see the argument that it only lets you see and not examine the cards.

I come back on this because again, I didn't meant to be mean.

I'd just like people not to mix "knowledge" and "skill". Skill is decision making, and it's helped by experience. Knowledge is just that, knowledge. You have a wiki, a trainer, etc, you can check cards. It's not skill. It's memory and time. That's different, and it doesn't help the game when it's too much present, like in precog.

I still stand by my opinion given.
So, you're saying that you don't disagree because of the actual thing, just because the card's wording disagrees?

Yes.  And if the wording hasn't been changed by now I can only assume that this is because the intention of the card itself is not to allow individual examination of each card in the opponent's hand.

Well, then I agree that the wording of the card doesn't include the examining of cards, even though I want it to be implemented into the game.
