No offense, but that is WAY too many smilies. You really don't need to use that man, and in fact, you don't need to use any at all.
Second of all, I highly doubt that there are people out there that try to steal other peoples' accounts. Since there is no way to change the information, and no way to trade cards or money between accounts, there would be no point to hacking into someone else's account unless you just want to be an ass and sell everything, which would be pointless and a waste of time.
We really don't need a feature like this.
