I think it's a good idea, but that it should come second to the parts of damage that the codes don't take into count, yet. Like momentum+shields, or adrenaline's extra attacks, etc.

Yeah, red would make it so much easier, I hate when I'm facing FGs and I think "Oh, he'll die this turn, I'll just end my turn" and he has 1 hp left and kills me. I also think they should put maybe like a blue bar to show how much you will heal (although that will be a bit complicated)

By "RPG-ing" (Role Playing Game the little more), I mean :

- If you put a red life bar instead of a yellow when "you're critical", it can be like a life counter in some RPG game. Legend Of Dragoon, for exemple, to only quote one. (life bar is green for 51-100% HP, yellow to 25-50% and red is below 25%).

or

- Making some "little quests". It already exists in fact. AI1 to AI5 (or 6 if you count the FG), it's a kind of "progression" with difficulty... May we should go for more ?

But the main idea of mine, was just to say : "Hey, it's a great suggestion"...  ;)

The healthbar thing isn't really that rpgish, it exists in plenty of games.
I mean, it exists on iPods telling you how much battery you have left.
More quests have been suggested plenty of times, and the general agreement is yes, they should be implemented.

Say I'm playing Miracle.  There are 3 Light Dragons out, and thats it.  In the first slot we have a 12|12.  Second and third we have -24|24.  It still shows its doing 12 damage to me when its reallying doing 36 healing.  Along with this idea we may need a way of showing healing.  We also may need a way to show which creature kills the target.  Say I've Antimattered all the end creatures, and I'm taking a net damage of 4.  I may still end up dieing because all the beginning creatures have high damage.  This isn't common, but the yellow bar is unreliable.  Luckily I'm extremely good at math.
Now we are at it, can I suggest healing showing as a blue bar?

I mean that only the total amount should be displayed. Let's say your opponent is going to hit you for 3 dmg this turn, but you purify status heals you fo 4. I don't want a messy -3 +4 hp yellow, green and blue bar, just the total +1 hp blue bar.
