I think I may have two ideas. I apologize if these have been suggested before and shot down, in which case I'd appreciate someone posting the link to the topic where these were previously discussed.
I often find I'm annoyed by the same music playing every time I challenge a false god. Part of the appeal of the false gods are their distinct play styles. Perhaps assigning a specific song to play for each false god could be more interesting. One could match the mood of the song to the play style of the god. More hurried and powerful music for someone like ferox, or something hypnotic for elidnis or scorpio.
I also enjoy playing PVP a lot. With the extended wait times between turns I find myself on other tabs, shamelessly playing scrabble on facebook while waiting to hear the shuffle of my opponents cards. I don't mind the wait times at all, but I often miss messages from my opponents while I'm otherwise occupied, and with the way they fade quickly without leaving a trace leaves me not knowing it. Perhaps a small sound could alert players when a new message had been sent to them.
I don't know anything about the programming behind elements, and the strain or impossibilities these suggestions may warrant. But I'd like to.
thanks
