Oracle: Upgrade

I don't like the idea of it randomly upgrading one of your (nonrare) cards, but giving you either a free upgrade of your choice or just handing you an upped version of the spun card would be better.  I just don't like having the oracle mess with my collection without my permission! :p

Alternately, perhaps we could have more newbie quests for gold, or give players in their first week more oracle gold (like double?) to get them started.  Most days I'm getting 10-80 electrum from the oracle; I think I've also seen 120,240, and 480, but very rarely.

Obviously new players are gonna think 'random' upgrades such as Damselfly, Ruby Dragon, etc., are gonna be useful.

it really is.  ive managed to get rol/hope now, and now i am grinding FGs.  i've been getting a bellow average winrate, finally managed to get a spim and got an rol, then went 15 wins without winning a single winning spin, on the 16th win i got a micro abomination.   this is a whole lot of grinding for very low noticeable returns, and im no newbie anymore.  what about for people who cant even beat the FGs, and dont know about the forum thread giving you the specific deck for when the oracle tells you who youll face next?  newbies need some opportunities to get better cards.  these arent even rares, just random upgrades, so it only saves time and doesnt throw off any balance.

Of course they are useful since you can sell them and upgrade real useful cards.

It really, really is. I'm starting to feel like WOW is less grinding. I like the idea of the random upgrade.

Why not just increase the potential amount of  the oracle can give you? Seems like the simple solution.
