ohmygod .. why my account rollback all the time ?

ok .. i can`t play anymore until u fix my account .. can`t stole from my life more hours to play this game any more .. u know what rollback means ? if no check this .. before 2 days i make my first upgrades cards ... also make and 6 quantum towers and 2 supernovas .. yesterday when i log again , i hadn`t that cards .. the 6  quantum towers and  the 2 supernova`s . Also today 3 times that i upgrade 1 quantum tower i lost it " desapiard " .. what to do ?. Give me a freaking answer .I have and 2 foto that i print them today when i lost my first quantum tower .. *is from today* because today i understand whats going wrong with my account .. i have 1 picture with my deck and 1 quantum tower and 1 more picture after 2 minutes with 2 quantum towers .. and 1 last now that i don`t have anything ... Also 1 more strange thing .. i win on oracle 1 purple mymph and because i don`t want it on my deck i sell it .. to upgrade the second quantum tower .. on my 2nd SS u can see that i have it back on my deck .. Just tell me how to upload the photo please and give me an answer .

I just check another topic that someone told .. a Disconect icon is on my top on the game ... also and i have that and don`t know why is there .. maybe this will help u about my problem

i want to add and something else.. the guys on kongregate xplain me about  what disconect mean .. to say the trough i didn`t understand the part that u have to `refresh the page` .. anyway my tip is that when i saw that picture i didn`t ever refresh my page and keep playing .. maybe that`s why my cards desapierd

The server is currently way overloaded and has disconnection problems. The reason you dont have you cards is because you did not check to make sure the game saved. When you closed the window after doing all of that, there was a "Disconnected" red button on the top of the game which means the game did not save and you lost everything that you did. You just have to redo everything you did and if it still says "Disconnected" at the top use this guide: http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1290.0.html

that`s crap .. it`s just a game on kongregate .. i just log to see if i like it and not to start up and sit to read all the forum threat .. and after 15 hours of reading to see if i like the game .. it`s just an icon .. most guys propably have lost a lots of cards like that .. i can give u some photo if that help to take some cards back ..

... just think that .. i am 17 years old child .. i just ask something i had and i lost .. i don`t ask u to give me something that i can sell it to take out money or something like that .. i just want to have back "my staf" nothing else ..Inside 4-5 days i play this game i have spend over 45 hours .. u can check that from my score too .. 10-12 hours per day .. all night .. also fight with family for don`t close my pc and go for sleep .. i think that`s unfair .. anyway i know that u haven`t to lose anything if u lost 1 child to play the game .. u have really much players to vote , play the game and etc .. at least i`m huppy i go until there .Have a nice day , and if u are a father , mother try to huppy ur childs and not to sad them just a tip

Unfortunately, if the game didn't save then there's no record of what you got. There's just no way to know what you lost, because the game servers were never told.

Trying to stay positive, at least you're a bit more experienced now, so making up for what you've lost should be a bit easier.
