Just what the Title of this post says, wouldn't it be amazing to have this game as a phone app? It would bring in a lot more people to the community making the game more thrilling to play.

From the Common Feature Requests (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,13750.0.html) thread:

6 ) Mobile/Portable version of the game

Zanzarino is, at the moment a single developer, and this game itself is still being updated and improved on a regular basis. To move a game like this to the iPad would mean double the work, and as a result is quite unlikely.

Also, to create a game for the iPad, you have to buy the software necessary, or download and use the free and limiting software, which probably would not be able to recreate a game like Elements. Either way it would require much effort, learning how to use the new software and the investment into a new and expensive Mac that can run it.
A standalone mobile version is unlikely to appear for the above reasons.

If your phone supports Flash, then you can just play on the main site -- it will likely be choppy because phone processors aren't supposed to handle this kind of stuff, but you'll be able to play nonetheless.

New phones have dual core processors, and what about the android phones? That is only talking about Apple products

If it supports Flash, then you can just play on the main site. Don't expect too great of a playing experience unless you have a large enough screen (think Galaxy Tab) to display the entire playing field.
