When you purchased the card at its sale price its selling price would also drop and it would hold this selling price forever on.
Which would require a code to determine what cards are 'oracle bought cards', and keep them in a separate folder in order to make sure that if you sell all of them that the regular cards don't get dropped as well.

Overall I like the idea of buy at the sell price better for this idea, as it both is less complicated to understand and to program, since the game won't have to remember what are oracle bought and what aren't.

I was thinking... in a real market, the availability of goods fluctuates; What if the bazaar sold, say, 8-10 cards per element, and each day a new set of 8-10 would be randomly placed, like a player's draw? Pillars and pendulums would always be available, but the other cards would vary day by day.
Your heart's in the right place, but this is an absolutely dreadful idea. It hoses new players in multiple ways. In fact, I would argue this as a great way to turn new players into non-players...

That sounds pretty cool, but for the people who don't have copies have all of the cards might have trouble making good arena decks without every card optional
Heh, you're right. I didn't think about the severity of the impact to newbies... though having the majority of the cards available- only around 2 cards missing from an element- doesn't seem like it would detract much, I concede that it could be disheartening to be unable to try out new ideas.

Actually, you could do it if you made it so that there were a couple of cards unavailable until after you had defeated at least one FG, then once a FG had been defeated at least once, you were swapped over to the changing market. But all in all, that seems needlessly complex.
