actually I was playing a deck where I wanted 7 tower hands, the choice to not mullagain them would be nice
u don't mulligan if u have 7 pilllars in your hand, u mulligan if u have no 0 cards cost in your hand
somewhere I read it was if you have no 0 cost cards or 7 0 cost cards, just read the QandA zan did and you're right, just missinformation I guess
