New statistics tool suggestion https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=22980.msg291376#msg291376

So I was looking at the card usage statistics tool the other day, and while it's certainly useful, I've noted a lot of people are using it for discussing card balance. How often a card is used isn't really a good way to tell how strong it is (argument ad populum and all that) so I suggest creating a tool that's a better indicator for PvP balance.

The mechanism is actually quite simple--just make a program similar to the card usage statistics program, but have it sample differently:

-Any time someone wins a PvP1 or PvP2 match there's a % chance that their deck code will be sent off to a database.
-The database then adds +1 count to any card that is present in the winning deck. (Maximum +1 to any given card per deck, so there isn't a bias towards cards that are used with 6x per deck as opposed to cards like weapons or shields where multiple copies aren't as common).
-The counts are displayed in the same fashion as the card usage statistics. The higher the count on a given card the more often it is used in winning PvP decks, and hence the stronger a card is.
-PvP1 and PvP2 results could be listed separately.

This way we could have a fairly clear, objective way of evaluating card balance, especially if we compared how often a card is played (from the old stats program) to how often it's seen in winning decks. Let me know what you think.
