In short: those of us who signed up from, say, kong and chose an ign that they really don't like (for whatever reason or lack thereof), should be able to change that ign. The # of times this can happen is, for now once, but that is subject to change. There are also times where the differences in ign and forum/chat names can be rather confusing. I can't imagine how this would work in coding but i'm sure it would be more than just adding some words and shiny stuff.
I do believe that I can reserve the right to dispute these change requests, but it is not likely that I will.
