Making Some Existing Common Cards Rare

Exactly why i'm against turning common to rare. Newer players will have definite disadvantage at this, compared to just adding new rares.

From my observations of the people in favor of adding rares or in favor of removing rares, I think we are at close to the optimum percentage of cards being rare.

Hope so, i'm bored with the current limited no. of cards. I'm not sure whether the new cards/ modifications would be done anytime soon........ 
Why not adding few more cards together with 1 or 2 rares?  got their new pets, Now is the time for other elements perhaps?
