i just thought it would be cool if for example there was a ques where once you reached 2000 score or something you unlocked lvl 2 upgrades for like 5000 electrum like an aether tower could be like an aether fortress and be "gain :aether: per turn you gain an additional :aether: when this comes in to play. every 3 turns get an additional :aether:"

No need for me to reiterate the arguments against then. I hereby shoot this idea down   :P In any case humptydumpter, I don't see why you're actually backing an idea that opens up the gap between advanced players and the rest of the community.

im not backing it at all. im just going to start keeping count on how many of these 2nd upgrade threads are made from now on. besides, i wont have enough money to ever get a 3rd generation card in the first place :P
