I was just exploring my way through the troubleshooting section of the forum and noticed some of these topics are now old and no longer used. Maybe a creation of an archived section for troubleshooting might help organize this part of forums. That way we have a section of known recurring problems and also so people know how to deal with those errors. Also maybe Troubleshooter might be another forum staff position, just something I'm putting out to the council.
