Half Bloods are almost redundant.
They give less electrum (in terms of time) than AI3s
They give less rares than T50
The chances of winning a card (not even mentioning upgraded cards) is low compared to all others.

The only use is to practise long game strategy (for people with newly made FG decks). But that's what the trainer is for, and the trainer will prevent any loss of electrum.

My Suggestion:  Half Bloods should have 150 health, and 20-25% upgraded cards, to make games faster, make them stronger, and increase chances to win upgraded cards.

i hardly fight half bloods too, for the reasons you wrote...
i like your idea to make them a better halfway between ai4 and false gods...

150 health and 1/5 upgraded cards sound good!

i agree with you because you can't earn a lot of score with HB's and you can't earn a lot of electrum.

i think hbs should be like the training grounds for fg (fg decks with 1/5 or 2/5 of cards upped)

In my opinion, Half-Bloods should be:
200 HP
30% Upgraded
Pre-made decks (Monos/Duos/Trios/Rainobows)
Single Draw Power
Between 30 and 60 cards

Also the score rate should be 20-50.

100% agree.  Last night I decided to try "upgrading" to farming Half-Bloods, and quickly found that it was a wasted effort compared to my AI3 farming.  In the time it takes me to kill one AI5 and get a reward of maybe 30 coins, I could have defeated the AI3 twice for about 18 coins (each) AND better odds at winning rolls for even more reward.  It's like, I stepped-up in level to take-on a harder opponent, and my only "reward" seemed to be a lower profit in coins and reduced odds at winning a card since they have more variety in the AI5 decks.

I would have to agree. It seems that AI 5 have been a wasted space. They are far to difficult, sometime far to easy, to beat. They do yield sufficient rewards for the time it took to beat them.

I actually think that Halfbloods should be made like Lvl 2s -- with 1/2 their deck (the Mark-powered half) prebuilt and unupgraded and the other half random and upgraded.  That would improve their challenge and the liklihood of a decent spin from them, but still make unupgraded cards much more normal to spin from them than upgraded cards are.

Nah, Essence, I'd do just the opposite.  The unupgraded half should be random. Random upgraded cards make them too easy to beat.

Maybe, but an ordered set of upgraded cards would make it too easy to win upgraded cards in spins.

Before the new version with phoneix made some cards worse (hourgalss, steal, empathic bond, eternity) an unupped rainbow  could get elemental masteries but they just had to make rainbows worse again. Scaredgirl's Formerly Ultimate Deck used to work. I used the verion from the old wiki that someone once pointed out to me which is a little different from tHe one posted on the forum)Then it was already nerfed (sundial nerf) and only good for AI5 unupped, now it is even worse. I miss using this vs AI5:
