In-game tournament link

Something that would make the game and forum much bigger is the addition of an ingame link to the tournament forum topic, showing the remaining time for the next one, and changing the tourney restriction to a certain amount of score to play in them (2K score for example) instead of 30 forum posts to have the same newbie avoiding effect.

Pros:
1- Much more people would be introduced to the forums, as 95% of the community don't enter to them because they just don't know them or aren't interested in looking at them. The simple fact of being at the tourny section with the Home button if the upper-left corners make thousands of players be able to know the forums.
2- A further quest to the 500 score and FGs, more time casual players have to been introduced to the forum and become addicts. The monotony of the Arena isn't enough imho.

Cons:
0- Still looking at them.

Score requirements are bad.  I had -4000 ish score when I joined the forum because I had grinded with LA.

If there was a tournament button in the game earlier on, I probably would have joined the forum community and tournaments much sooner.
So I agree, it probably would be a nice idea.

As of now, I only started going on here to get to tournaments cus I was bored in the middle of the night.
I've been playing for a very long time, but have just started trying to get my 30 posts in.

This would be nice. I was playing for several months before I even knew the forums existed. This would definitely help tournament turnout...
I'm not sure about putting in a score restriction though. I think the current 30 post restriction may be enough... unless some kind of automated system gets put in... but thats another topic altogether.
Still, a link to tourney topic would be a very good idea I think.

An Ingame link to tourney exists:
1. Click "redeem code".
2. Click the word "tournament".

The only con I see is a possible potential for over-flooding the tournament room, if that large of the community is interested. We might have to create more tournament rooms or something, but the way I see it the tourney could become too long with too many people. Of course, this is just a possibility. They all still have to get their 30 posts.
