Calm down folks, is just a suggestion for improvement, the game is still very good!.
 (although we have already some cards OP)

do not know if this is the place to post this topic, anything just redirect please.

 The suggestion is that the limit of cards repeated are 5, and the minimum of 35 to the deck.
 I believe this would give more dynamics to the game,  natural that many will disagree. if you also think that somewhere in the structure of the game may be improved I like to know.

No. Just no.
Changing the mechanics of the whole game now is just a bad idea to say the least. If it was in beta, maybe. Just maybe.
But now, it has a million decks made and moreover - math and patterns. If the game does change all of that will be useless now. And nobody wants that.

This has already been suggested before- reducing the max copies of cards and increasing min deck sizes. It was determined that the card pool simply wasn't big enough to support such a change yet, and at the current rate of growth, won't be for a long time.
