2 oracle suggestions https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=4860.msg48110#msg48110

1) I personally have 3 nymphs, and I fear that in future (1 year or so), nymphs would not be rare for some lucky players, who daily check the oracle.
So I suggest to introduce a cap. If a player has >= 2 nymphs of one kind, this nymph will be excluded from the oracle for that player. If a nymph is sold, this nymph can appear in the oracle.
Players which have more than 2 nymphs of one kind now, will keep their nymphs.

2) I suggest to increase the "get the card" chances for regular rare weapons and creatures.
I get more nypmphs from the oracle than regular rare weapons.

P.S.
I know that 1) is an "evil" suggestion. I understand that you want as much nymphs as you can.

I would introduce 1) as fast as possible. You can´t take the nymphs away later, which the players got.(Or they cry)

I've visited since it came out. No Nymphs. Good thing I'm getting one from winning the tourney ;)

I'm not so sure about 1), but a lot of people have been asking about 2), and I approve of it. Perhaps the percentage should be increased if said item was rare - rare weapons are always needed.

Randomness can produce very positive results, especially when we have 10.000+ players.
I want 1) because nymphs should stay rare, even for lucky people.
And it was a long-time thought to prevent problems, we could get later.

Well, I think 1) would lessen nymph's already not so great usefulness. Well, nymphs are more powerful than normal cards, they are really not that great, for some in particular. So, if we can have only a maximum of 2 nymphs, they will hardly ever take important role in a deck since it's hard to get at two nymphs in a deck consistently, especially if the deck is large.

Actually, I would like if it would be possible to actually win a Nymph.

How do you win one??? When it falls on your mark?

Terrible idea number one is. That will not make nymphs any less rare, or more rare because you can only get nymphs from the oracle and no other way. Putting a cap on that is just pointless and would completely frustrate gamers. If you get a bunch of one nymph, then you are lucky because the chances of anyone else having such a thing is way too slim. They would still be rare, but I supposed you are right, given an infinite amount of time, eventually every, if they visit regularly, will have a full set of nymphs... eventually.

I personally think that making nymphs more exclusive than they already are (via the Oracle or PvP Tournaments) is a waste of time. If anything, the chances for Nymphs to drop in the future won't be affected by past influence (everyday, you have a % chance for you to receive one from the oracle, no?), so putting a cap doesn't make sense, if you want to make it more rare.

Honestly, I'd rather have a whole bunch of new (but also equally rare) set of cards come out with a theme, that will hopefully be much stronger and more important than the nymphs, so as to make those exclusive from the oracle and have the nymphs be more likely won from rolls, and so on.

My idea was had following math:
We have about 170 cards which could appear in the oracle, 12 nymphs, makes about 7% chance for nymphs.
The mean value for e.g. 1 year would be 365 *0.07 = 25.55, assuming that the chances for all cards are identically distributed.
And its a mean value, that means 50% of all people would have more than that.
A cap would make the following: people won´t get more than 24 nymphs. The longer they play, the more seldom will nymphs appear in the oracle.

you dont realise is not 7% to get a nymph

I am not sure abotu the calculation, but for example the chance of getting a photon is way higher then a white nymph, assuming you spinned light

I think its 1/9 chance of normal cards, so you probably (not sure on this) do 7% * 1/9 * 365...
