Heh, I'm aware of how the system works, I'm just curious why people think it has anything to do with actual PvP matches. How many ai3/fg's you've killed is a poor way to gauge PvP skill.

2) I can't see how a noob can beat a high score player except if he hard counter him or due to bad luck. (I mean a player with all the card wil have a better deck than a noob.)
How does experience against the AI help you in PvP?
Also, a newb can use a deck from the PvP archive. Even though they aren't the best unupped PvP decks, they still dominate PvP1.
Somehow still around, somewhat

Idea: What if the PvP was set up so when you click the button, it takes you to a list of players also in there, and you see their score. Then you can click on their name for a challenge, and a list to the side pops up of challenges and you can choose which challenge to accept.

And my personal opinion about score is that it should reflect PvP experience only, maybe have it like rating in the Arena.

Hmm if you can pick your opponent wont it lead to a new problem, like asking your friend to set up a farm for you.

suggestions to fix pvp

1)  30 second time limit on turns.  games take too long, lots of jerks love taking a full turn to digest that one new card and purposefully wasting opponent time (maybe one minute for 1st turn, 30 sec for rest?)
2)  separate ranking system for pvp.  unfortunately, matchmaking systems only work well when every person has only ONE account and everyone plays often.  this is certainly not the case.  only thing going for this idea actually getting implemented is that its a giant time drain to get a variety of upped cards.
3)  AI improvement.  dumping T50 and making every deck we create a FG only swept the issues with AI under the rug.  please please zanz, keep working on making an AI that can play 1:1 with us.  people would feel more confident and learn more about pvp if AI was smarter.  perhaps some tutorial scenarios to help new people?  MTG has them in 2012, for an example
4)  leaderboards!  both arena and pvp need these.  now theres not even the moshimedia to look at
5)  bounty system
6)  restricted cards / rotating banned cards.  sorta like LoL, helps to keep the game fresh and one archetype from dominating
Zombie0 gives 110 percent whenever he's in the arena. He's a team player who delivers both offensively and defensively. He has no idea what a Quantum is.

The AI will never be as smart as a real player. If you have try to code an AI you will know what I'm talking about. The PC has no 'feelings' and can't think at all. Atm I think that what Zanz has made for the AI is quite awesome..

For the banned cards etc there are tournaments every weeks with those banned cards.

tell me more about the bounty system..
