How can this BS happen?

Today, after 58 without a Nymph from Oracle, just got a Nymph Queen. I Immediately clicked the get card button. After that, I miscliked while changing to another browser tab, and clicked one of the banners in the top of the game window, and went to its page. When I returned, no Nymph in my account. Huhhhhh?!?!?!

Why the f*ck you use the spin when you just click the oracle button, but you dont get the reward when you just click get card? Is there a reason that can explain this? When its to benefit the player, clicking button does not mean auto save? Im FURIOUS. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!

I just realized this got moved. Its ok.

Lets consider this a suggestion. You get the card when you click get the card. Lol, its not written get the card if you click this button, and then click ok. In fact, no one has a reason to refuse a card, so the award could just get added to your collection as well.

Ps: if there is a way to return the nymph, lets say, as a gift for reporting this "bug", lol, thanks.

Hehehe, I was expecting it already. Not that bad because I already have 2 of these and is one of the most useless nymphs, however, if it says get the card, you were supposed to get it. I feel its strange there is a policy to avoid people to cheat and another one for the cases the player would benefit.
