Improvement to AI. https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=24103.msg307892#msg307892

Can't remember where the original thread for improving AI is, but here's one.
I'm currently facing off against an idiot.
All but one of those Deathstalkers were results of Parallel Universes. Not Fractals.
There is a perfectly good Bone Dragon the AI could have replicated.
It's been on the field longer than the Deathstalker has, in fact.

*Edit: The AI did it again... How many Parallel Universes does this AI have?!?

**Edit: Now a Fractal. This, I understand, as it's the cheapest. But the AI has sufficient quanta to play several Bone Dragons..... Why not just Fractal the dragons?

***Edit: ...Just out of pure irony, my final Mindgated card before ending the game... is a Deathstalker.

More so towards the improvement of Parallel Universe to target stronger creatures and not... whatever it does at the moment.

Lol. Jep the AI does that kind of thing quite frequently ...
I wonder how good old Gemini fares these days. It's been a while since I saw him
but he sure used to TU whatever hits hardest back in the days.

AIs Fractal-use is also ... well ... questionable.
Don't you love it when Eternal Phoenix or Decay "get going" with your RoLs?  :))

What happens is that it targets creatures with more powerful skills first, which, in this case, is the deathstalker, not mattering whether it will have an effect. being an automatic skill, any AI would PU it over anything that doesn't have a skill, or has a skill it can't use. it doesn't matter that the deathstalker can't USE it's skill due to it's attack, because it still uses it every time - without any effect.

(That's what i see, at least.)

In that case, it should also set a ratio of attack:skill, of some kind.
Perception is the source of misunderstanding.

Why, yes. I do have a Mindgate necklace. It's how I ninja everyone.

Gemini still does pretty well with TU.  Not too long ago he slapped a recluse with momentum and then dropped me in one turn with TU on it.  Several Massive Dragons were on the field, but he went for what would hurt me the most, and in fact managed to time it exactly right to end the game right away through my Phase Shield.

If anything, I see a need for a second check against the creature's attack, so that creatures that have poison on contact but zero attack won't be targeted.

So the Massive Drags didn't have momentum at the time?
Now that you say it, I recently (1.26) had the feeling that Gemini prefers the recluses over his dragons.
If I remember correctly he used to almost exlusively target dragons.

Well, I don't remember the game especially well, it was at least a week ago.  He may not have had a Massive Dragon out.  I do know that I kept lobo'ing his momentum, so whatever recluse he cast it on was the only creature with momentum.  He does get recluses out LONG before dragons, so he tends to momentum a lot of them before any dragon.
