Hmm...I'd somewhat agree with these suggestions if their roles were changed a bit. I think that gaining bonus electrum (such as Elemental Mastery, for example) should be at least somewhat challenging for the player. In your example it would be terribly easy for me to just play a SoSa, Purify, or Sanctuary on the last turn and then gain a bonus without really having done anything. SoSa would also put you above EM range in the lower AI levels which I don't think is right.
Instead I would rather that the player gained the bonuses if they were placed in a difficult position and still managed to win. For example, if the player managed to win while the opponent was protected by Purify, Sanctuary, or SoSa then I think that might be deserving of a bonus of some kind.
On the other hand, if the player is afflicted by Poison or is Silenced when finishing the opponent then I think that deserves a bonus as well because it was likely more difficult to pull off a victory with those statuses in effect.
But I don't believe that the player should be penalized for status effects; they should be bonuses, not consequences.
It's certainly a plausible suggestion.
