Fix Lava Golem visual effect

When Life Spirit's growth ability is used, it shows a Green effect over the card.

When Fire Spirit's ablaze ability is used, it shows a Red effect over the card.

When Lava Golem's growth ability is used, it shows a Green effect over the card. (Wierd)


I think it is annoying to see Lava Golem show life like green effect when the  growth ability is used.


I suggest to change Lava Golem's growth effect to either Red (to suit the fire theme) or Brown (to suit the growth).


Life Spirit's growth ability can also be changed to blue to suit the  growth.

I understand what you mean but I think Zanz has better things to do.

No offense intended but he's kinda busy, Elements is a project he does on the side, and these are such minor "issues". There are more important things that need solving atm.

But i think it is a very easy to do. Just recolor it or use the existing ablaze effect on Lava Golem. We should improve the game if we know how and if it's possible to do.

I don't exactly understand how this is an improvement.  The reason both of them are green is because green is the color for when the Growth ability is used.  Ablaze is red because it is the color for when Ablaze is used.  It follows these trends in Mutations as well.  Now, if your change was to be implemented then this would mean that you would have to make the Growth color match the element so that Mutations follow the rule, and this to me seems as if a new mechanic would needed to get added which is unneeded work for zanz.  It's consistent as is and I don't see it in needing of a change.

Yes, Thx willing3 and Jappert. I understand it now. I think perfection for card effects and card texts is not a high priority right now. I hope we will reach those after the main stuff like gameplay, balance and new contents reaches it's maximum.
