I would love to see this, with the possibility to turn it off. This would allow new players to be introduced into the community a lot more easily.

I know you can make 2 windows. but for some people there isn't enough screen space.
If there's no screen space, then there's no real reason to have chat side-by-side instead of in a separate window...
The forum chat has the Ad and the member list next to it. The chat in kong doesn't have an ad and has the member list above it, and it fits just right.

Of course or at least minimized.

So basically, you have a problem with the chat service we currently use, since the features you mentioned make it impossible to implement a side-by-side chat with our current chat service because "there isn't enough screen space."

Note: There's plenty enough "screen space."

would be a great optional display, easiest would be to have the chat below, requiring some scrolling, but optimally the game window could move the to left and the chat could fit in the 'white space' to the right.  would be a nice feature to use when grinding.

now what happens when you type something? your game isn't side by side anymore. I dont have a problem with the current chat just it would function better if rearranged or integrated to the side of the game. Like I said earlier no one has to agree, it is just a suggestion.

Would make the community stronger for sure. Just make it so that you can hide chat also because one of the reasons I stopped playing on Kong was reading to much nonsense.

This is an excellent idea. The duo-game-chat should be the default setting when people play the game for the very first time, so that they won't be turned away from the game if they have trouble getting past the newbie stage (when the fun is minimal when you can't even beat AI3), as well as expanding our -I don't want to say this, but- decreasing community. It should be coupled with an option to toggle it, of course.

I honestly think the biggest problem of Elements is how hard and frustrating it is to get past the newbie stage; most people don't even know how to grind for a false god grinder because this process includes grinding 54000  :electrum (A fully upgraded CCYB's price), which is extremely strenuous for them when they don't know a proper deck to even grind AI3. Chat will help with that a lot; there are always people there who are willing3 to help.
Tasted the world, seen more than enough.
