Somehow, against all odds, I couldn't find a thread in this board suggesting this most obvious of suggestions. So, I'll get it out there and make it as visible as possible.
It's practically a daily ritual in Chat now for a newbie to come in, complaining about having forgotten their password and asking how they can get back their account. The answer is always the same: email Zanz and hope for the best.
Most online games (and any site where you can create an account, in fact) offer automated methods of recovering accounts when you forget your password, usually via email. In fact, the game already stores email addresses claimed to be use solely for account recovery purposes. Implementing such a system is the clear next logical step (and I strongly suspect Zanz has already had this in mind but simply hasn't gotten around to it yet).
