Possible change to Sanctuary:

What if the amount Sanctuary heals is reduced based on the number you have in play?
1 -- 4 hp = 4 hp
2 -- 4 hp, 3 hp = 7 hp
3 -- 4 hp, 3 hp, 3 hp = 10 hp
4 -- 4 hp, 3 hp, 3 hp, 2 hp = 12 hp
5 -- 4 hp, 3 hp, 3 hp, 2 hp, 2 hp = 14 hp
6 -- 4 hp, 3 hp, 3 hp, 2 hp, 2 hp, 1 hp = 15 hp

The coding would be simple and the text could be changed to: 'Heal up to 4 HP per turn.'

Then either the first will be too efficient or the last will be worthless. I do not see a systematic problem with Sanctuary. Worst comes to worse it can increase or decrease in cost.

The only Max HP reduction card is Shard of Void and that would most likely be slower than a stall deck, if the CC can be used to kill. OTK damage can be useful.

Usually a normal deck won't have enough PC to handle all the permanents a stall deck has. Reusable PC is vulnerable to PC/CC.

Anti-CC is usually only useful when you know a Stall deck is coming.

Sounds like the problems you listings are challenges for players to react to and not criticisms of Sanctuary.

SoV is slower than most stalls? Because it is meant to stall stalls forcing them to rush and fail from inflexibility.

Normal decks don't have enough PC or Anti-CC for 1 member of the metagame? The value of PC and Anti-CC to players will increase until it hits an equilibrium.

Just a random thought I had.... what if, when you played a nymph, you also received a copy of the alchemy card that corresponds to that nymph's element in your hand?

It would buff the nymph in most cases. It would also be an interesting way to let the player use the Nymph's "ability" 1 turn earlier.

What happens to nymph tears? Does it benefit?
How about when you mitosis or fractal a nymph?

Whichever nymph came into play because of Nymph Tears would generate an alchemy card of its element. Same is true for Fractal, Mitosis, and Fate Egg. Mutation.. based on how it's programmed, I'd say that too.

Gr8 ideas, most of them. Many great cards became dusty and useless, this might bring them back to life. I might not like the fact that 1  is enough to EQ, cause that's bit too cheap. Maybe PC cards needed no buffing, but most of the other buffs are OK.
Theese are the best ones by me (goes 4 both upped and non-upped):
Nymph tears, Nymph queen, Ice shield, Anubis, Sanctuary, Firefly queen, Skyblitz, Mindgate.
All these cards are great, and all of them are played very rarely because of their quantum costs. And if Arena deck can have 12 black holes, or 12 SoF, than reducing the cost of sanctuary is a necesity.

Don't buff Mindgate. I like this card, and use it much, and would love to play with an easier-to-access Duality. However, Duality costing one aether quanta is just too cheap. Actually - it costed this before it was released (the upped version), and when people showed that it could be abused heavily (think: 2-turn Sundial), it was nerfed to cost 2.
