(These are just my thoughts at a glance, haven't been keeping track of the discussion so don't know the context)
Likes:
- the Ash/Phoenix nerf, makes Fractalling Ashes harder and weakening Fractix a bit.
- Fire Bolt damage restriction -- that plus AI's tendency to waste it on creatures should help nerf Arena Firebolt in place of the quanta cap
- Fire Spectre buff, still not sure people would favor it over Lava Golem
- Lava Golem buff, less resilient but see above
Dislikes:
- Rage Potion/Red Nymph berf...on one hand, you're taking away the "best" CC (in terms of instant damage), but on the other hand creatures will be buffed more for the same loss in HP
Likes:
- Immortal buff, encourages more people to use it
- Spark buff, enough said
Dislikes:
- personally prefer that DS/PS lasts 3 turns...maybe it's just me
Likes:
- Thunderstorm -- interesting way of adding in-element counters to air
- FW/AW buff, 'nuff said
Likes:
- Gargoyle's passive =3
- Parasite buff
Dislikes:
- Minor Vampire stat change takes away Adrenaline synergy...maybe you mean for players to play it with Nightfall? Seems weakened to me.
Likes:
- Afla buff
- Grey Nymph buff, sorely needed
- Elite Skeleton and Virus/Retrovirus being cost-free
- Soul Catcher buff (unsure if it would fix its lack of use; best solution would be more cards that synergize)
Dislikes:
- cost increase for Boneyard seems unnecessary, would prefer it remain the same with Graveyard keeping your changes (ie. same cost, stronger creatures generated)
- Skull Shield nerf, IMO it's fine as is

- Heavy Armor buff
Dislikes:
- EQ nerf, fine as is IMO

is already balanced by the risk of offing your own creatures
