It is an "I Win" card only when you're playing against Death and Darkness. Making it more useful just makes it harder for those Elements in any limited format like War. ie. It shinks the meta, Mr. Metagame. : PNah. With this change (the 3 gained), you can get rid of the death / darkness clause (which I agree is pretty uncool) and just let it be a light 10 healing spell. It would work. It would even be very flavorful: decks will have healing even while they produce quanta. It will enable very fast Sanctuaries (off-the mark Holy Light + Sanctuary on the second turn, yay!) to hinder Discord. I think it would be good for the metagame, rather than bad. However, I agree that if you do that, the clause might need to go away.

The explanation on the card "induntion" says specific that all creatures get +1/+1. But the aquatic passive ability also gives creatures +1/+1 when flooded. Does this stack? Does abys crawler become an 8/8 when flooded?
