elements- a mobile version https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=36274.msg456090#msg456090

I am aware that people have already asked for elements to be made into an app, as well as how hard this would be to do, so instead of making it an app I'd request that a "mobile" version would be made so it would be easier to play on smartphones and tablets. This could consist of simple things, such as having your cards arranged in lists with +/- symbols for sale in the bazaar and deck modification so they would take less space and be easier to deal with. You could select which Ai you wanted to battle from a drop-down menu, and the cards in your hand would be displayed as tabs with an options to show their effect or to play them. Mainly, this would require simple modifications that, while making the game uglier to look at would be easier to play with on a touchscreen. Whenever you logged in, you would be able to choose whether you wanted to play with the mobile version or the normal version. more suggestions are appreciated and will be put down in the following spoiler

Why is this in forum suggestions? I'm posting this from my iPhone and it works fine.

I just think that it's too much work. Would you rather have this than new cards and features? Even if it's not as big a change as making an app, it's probably still hard or will take a long time. It will most likely still be hard to use, and as you mentioned, uglier. I personally doubt that many people will use the mobile version. IMO this is just a waste of time and effort, but I might be wrong. Of course I'm not against it if it proves to be useful, I just think it won't be used by many people, and therefore is unnecessary.

Btw, I used to really want an app or mobile version of Elements. But now that I think about it, do we really need something like that?

to be truthful, using android devices you can play elements, but it's slow and laggy, this would mainly help android devices, and since they can already use flash it wouldn't take as long as you probably believe.

I've tried elements out on the galaxy android phone my wife just got. It runs, but is definitely laggy and tricky to play. I usually have to zoom in to play cards or use abilities then zoom back out to look at the field. Its quite cumbersome. A mobile version would be much appreciated.
