If Zanzarino really wanted to do a mobile version for $$$ he should do one for Blackberrys. He'd have 4x the potential customer base.

I'm a noob, but I searched for a topic on this subject and didn't see it anywhere.

Is there an Elements iPhone app in development?

I, for one, would throw money at that in a heartbeat.  How about the rest of the community?

Or perhaps one of those cross-platform apps.  Either way, being able to play on the go would be awesome.

I've said on the flashkit forums that I'd LOVE a DSiWare version, or even a full-blown buy-it-for-thirty-pounds cartidge game. It wouldn't be able to link to the flashone, though....

At least, I don't think it would, but I've never written DS games, so I'm not the world authority.

Think development on the webgame should reach a higher level first?

I think the game needs lots of work before enough people will start paying for it.

But you forget: what about a handy iTouch or iPad.

I've been tossing the idea around on the chat about maybe getting some friends to join me in making one. Of coarse I'd need permission from Zanz and what not. It would probably be on itunes for sale (the price isn't going to be cheap..or maybe it will be since the price is going to be set by zanz...).

there might be other market areas for it but in my experience itunes seems to be one, it not THE, largest online app shop.

I'm not sure if it has been mentioned yet, but Apple doesn't accept flash programs on their products.  They consider it a "way of the past."  As such, unless somebody reprogrammed the entire game using Apple programming (c#?), Elements will not work very well, if at all.

Here is the full story on why iPhone apps and Elements cannot, and will not, mix.
