I managed to get my samsung captivate to load elements a year ago when I went somewhere and didn't have any other access to internet. It was really slow and clunky (needed to zoom in, buttons weren't responding very well), but it did work. The reason I was trying to login on my phone at all was to spin the oracle, and I actually won a blue nymph on one of those days. Nothing ever crashed even though I had tons of problems with the browser on other occasions. (I was relieved, especially on the day that I got the nymph.)
I'm sure a flash-enabled tablet shouldn't have much problem. You won't need to zoom in, which I personally think is what makes things difficult. Only other thing is to make sure the memory/processor/etc. satisfy the requirements for decent flash running.
