Elements Card Creator Idea (Not a joke Serious Suggestion)

Before You say Card Creator? people are going to make cards that are OP! Before you say that.
This card creator I do not know how you can Implement it in Game but me and some kong People thought it would be nice and pointed Faults and Goods.
The card creator if became True should have a point system. To decide balance Between damage/HP Perhap 20 max points
So you can switch them between Damage/HP. Maybe less.
You can choose Description's and skills.
The art is or Zan or Artist (if he has any)
To keep the elements theme without having some random amature 8 bit thing.
And How are we gona get the cards ingame?
*We were thinking of A ingame or outgame Rank system.
*So first the Point system Hammers out the Overpowered cards.
*Then The community chooses what cards seem good.
*Then After the few cards that got chosen will be sent to volunteer card admins to see if any overpowered ones were  let out.
*Then it'll be sent to Zan to find the OP cards that might have past and fix that and possibly get implemented.
It'll be an interactive Card suggestion Board.
And maybe the Board will have an advertisement section. For Revenue. (zan Really deserves it)
Well Community Give your Ideas point out faults and goods. Suggestions are all welcome.

PS: The reason we thought of this Interactive Board on a separate (ingame Or outgame) place is because its hard to get good cards out of card suggestion and people rarely visit the forums!

We have a very similar feature on this forum (our enormous CI&A section). I personally think that having this as a forum feature than an in-game feature allows more freedom with cards and is easier to read and comment.

Well that is true. But if were not gonna implement something like this there should be a link from ingame to that forum cause some people might not know about it. And what about all those card topics that people don't read? I'm pretty sure there plenty of unread topics, and people think some cards name aren't right because they don't see the Card description and only the title and say This Other card has a more interesting ring to it and read that instead it and read that instead.
there should be a randomized card voting system for community so zan can see which cards people want from a glance instead of reading threw a few topics and choosing himself and possibly forgetting a few. overcomplicating the ingame idea

You really should look over our CI&A section, it's already designed incredibly well and what flaws there are are constantly being worked on. zanz is very very picky already about what ideas her lets into the game. As for unread topics? i've yet to see a real quality card be ignored, and every card can make its way into the polls (which show images of the cards nice and handy) even if they receive few or no comments.

In game forum link is already a heavily requested feature/
