I like a downgrading option - but only for nymphes.
I´d never upgrade my beautiful nymphes.
btw, in my opinion , the unupped red nymph is better than the upgrade.
The fire nymph can´t be used on cards with 6 health like the Guardian Angel , some dragons ..., heal-rage combo is worse ...


And for other cards - it´s a nice game element, that you have to to think what card you should upgrade.

I think if unupped tournaments are the only reason for this, then it is WAY too complicated of a solution to this. Even if its just the main reason. WAY too complicated. And if its not the main reason, then please say specifically what IS the main reason. Because other than that, I agree with SG that you should have to deal with what you decided to do with your cards.

Only 1 Nymph seems to be debatable on if its at ALL better un-upped instead of upped (red nymphs bezerk ability). It changes the nymph from being better offensive, to better defensive. You should think of that when you upgraded the card, I agree with SG here.


 Marks if I remember right, they cost 1 upped, compared to nothing un-upped.  Why would you even upgrade it???? Thats a bad choice completely. I once again refer to what SG said about thinking before you do something. If you think thats harsh, it also doesnt make sense that it costs 1 upped, so It should be fixed.  (And if im wrong about the marks as I dont have one myself, please let me know)

I don't have a mark card either, but this is the first time I've heard of upped marks costing 1. In fact when the subject of upped marks arises, I've usually heard the exact opposite: that you gain one quantum when you play an upped mark (it's functionally identical to a tower). Still a bad idea to upgrade it, since you lose the ability to stack it on the deck's mark (and thus have it be untargetable) -- which is why Zanz manually downgraded some marks at their owners' request, as Xinef said on April 12.

So sense the marks are pretty much OBVIOUS  not to upgrade, that pretty much leaves wanting to implement a whole new system for just 1 card, When there are much better and probably simpler ways to implement the main reason that this is being discussed?
