If in the middle of the field, there is a creature added call metamorphis
He start with 0|0 on both side
say player A vs player B
If player A buff blessing on meta, his side is 3|3 and other side still 0|0
If player B does the same, then both side is 3|3
That means they get an extra 3|3 creautre on their field
If you use TU, then it atks both side, exactly the same way
Fractal gives you a hand of 0|0 creatures (but only for you)
If this unit is frozen etc, both sides suffer
If this unit was nuked, say B nukes A, and A become 3|0, when then hp reaches 0, the atk resets to 0, but this guy never leave play
This way we get a free creature to cast spell/buff on haha
