This seems obvious to me but it'd be great to have an account (or multiple accounts?) tied to an email address. That way if you lose your password you can still recover your account. It also prevents hackers or whatever from stealing your account (if they have, you can reset the password through your email).
On a similar note, it'd be nice to be able to change your password; for increasing security.
Right now if for whatever reason you lose your password OR someone else gains your password... your account is pretty much lost/screwed forever.
